About us

  • We are the platemaking equipment manufacturer which have provided “equipment and environment” for one of the biggest screen platemaker in Japan for a long time. While Japan’s know-how in electronics industry is utilized throughout Asia, the screen printing supports the foundation of the electronic industry. Our equipment, especially the screen mask, plays a key role in field of screen printing. Although platemaking equipment can be purchased anywhere, you may wonder, “Can a company make the high-precision screen masks? Doesn’t it take too long?” We contribute to the manufacturing technology development with our “screen printing technology”.
  • With experience as a platemaker, we have accumulated know-how in “platemaking equipment and technology”. We manufacture equipment ranging from “mini component series” which needs only 1 pyung to be installed to “PDF screen masks” which corresponds to 2,500 mm aluminum frame.

  • The step is to introduce equipment and technology of screen masks. For the first step, the platemaking process is introduced. Although PS plates (presensitized plate) need to be purchased, the equipment investment can be reduced by 1/3. A printer and a developer make platemaking in a company possible, which is the great merit. If PS plates are in stock, a screen mask is completed within 30 minutes. Plate making has a general part and a recondite part including various know-how.
